Model & deployment
Review the deployment method appropriate for your operating environment
Soma uses AI models operated by Propsol or within the customer's environment. It does not route requests to public AI services such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. For enterprise customers, we prioritize deployment on customer servers or an internal network.
Specific processing locations, network configurations, operational retention periods, and update methods are confirmed for each environment before piloting. Using the service and providing data for model improvement are separate choices, and the default value for learning participation is OFF.

Axon and Soma have different roles
Recalculating numbers and creating carryovers, reconciliation schedules, and rules-based reports are handled locally by Axon. Creation that requires risk, control, and procedure descriptions and linking of multiple materials is treated as a Soma task explicitly initiated by the user.
